ACT! collaborate with Blue Behavior and Cadpeople in a joined education program in offshore safety, leadership education, communication training and conflict management.
By upgrading leadership skills, the program contributes to prevent offshore accidents and reduce near accidents, in accordance with the increased safety demands in EU Directive 2013/30/EU.

The cost of education and training will increase significantly when you pull many leaders out of daily operation simultaneously.
We have designed this concept in order to maximize learning with a minimum of resource heavy coordination of the leaders’ schedules.
